Where do I go complain about...

…the Xbox One gen-2 wireless controller (the one with the headphone jack built into the controller). I’ve gone through 4 of these controllers so far with 2 of them having the same broken left bumper problem. The original that came with the Xbox had a malfunctioning right thumbstick and it would constantly make my Spartan look up. The 2nd one I bought had a left thumbstick malfunction that gets stuck in the lower right position and doesn’t automatically come back to center. Third and 4th controllers had the left bumper problem. I finally got fed up and bought a wired controller. I’m glad I did, because it seems like half my problem with lag is gone. Button presses register and actions/responses seem faster. I’m really liking this controller. The thumbsticks are so smooth and there are no rough spots when I twirl the thumbsticks around the outer edge. I’m also not hitting the bumpers accidentally when I go to hit the triggers (something that kept happening and getting me killed because I would be melee’ing instead of shooting).

Anyway, if this is inappropriate, then take it down. I just wanted to get this off my chest. However, if others find this post relevant to their Halo 5 gameplay, then leave it up so that others know there’s a solution to laggy controllers.
