Where Do I Get Tech Support For Halo 5 Issues?

Where am I supposed to go to get tech support? I have tried here, reddit, Xbox forums and twitter but never get a responce. I have an issue where I get an error message that says “CONNECTION LOST, you have been disconnected from the local network” I have asked numerous times what this means and what causes it but never get any replies. It is an annoying issue as it happens after every 1 or 2 games, and only during the lobby while searching for games. Please help.

No one seems to want to help me with my issue all I want to know what the error message means. So I can fix it. It is getting me so angry.
