Where do I enter the terminal codes?

I just spent 5 hours doing a terminal run and writing all the codes down but when I go on waypoint and press x there’s just a bunch of colored circles.

What do I do?

go to wayoint press x

it appears you colors like green, yellow that colors mean the botton of the controler
just press it on order

then type the codes

Go to Waypoint on the Xbox360. As soon as Waypoint loads up, press x. After pressing X, you will see a number of colored circles on the screen use the X,Y,A,B buttons in the correct order they appear and you will see the keyboard appear. Put in the five symbols from each terminal one at a time and press enter. Once you enter all the codes you will be able to watch the 11th terminal.
