I have read on several post on the insider forums and from the Halo: Infinite forums that there is access given to insiders to this mobile app. Where is it? How do I access it? I downloaded the Halo Waypoint mobile app from iOS and it does not work.

While the apps were part of the first flight, they are not a focus and not available for this one.
Within the Halo Insiders blog for 9/23/21 they confirm that like the first technical test if you are in this current build of the technical test you will have access to the Halo mobile waypoint app. Unfortunately they do not mention how to access it.
I received a second email that contained a link to the web version of the beta Halo Waypoint. Still no sign of the mobile version. Just a heads up.
I was under the impression the beta would be available during both flights. There are people who still have it installed and it was working for them even outside of the first flight leading up to the second one. I never was able to get a “Join Beta” option in the Google Play store, still haven’t gotten it after following all of the troubleshooting methods, and I submitted a ticket. I got an auto response containing some basic steps to try and a link for the instructions, to which I also get an “Access Denied” error. Why would I get an auto response for instructions if it isn’t available this flight? Did they just not update the auto response? If not, that’s kind of piss poor support. Even for other issues, I get generic auto responses and every other ticket has been met with very dismissive messages. I couldn’t swap weapons in this preview. Submitted a ticket. Found out it was an incredibly easy fix. Just change my controller settings and it worked. Support, instead, said “We can’t answer your question.” Really? It was that difficult to tell me to change my controller settings? Like this is horrible, we’re all on our own to figure out the problems.

Then maybe the email that gets sent out shouldn’t mention it as if it is?

You can also find the new Halo Waypoint from within the game itself. From 1st menu screen towards the bottom right of the screen you can see a news feed box. Highlight it then move to the 2nd to last item and you will see Halo Waypoint news link. Once you select it you can gain access to the new Halo Waypoint web version; however, no mention that I could find of the mobile version.

Ah right. Well that’s quite annoying when you consider customisation of emblems and the like were only accessible via the app. Would love to be able to customise myself more without basically finding out I missed that opportunity
I would love to know how to customize without the mobile app version (no longer working). Anyone know?
Unfortunately, they removed the profile customization from the app. So now it’s completely useless. Man I wish I didn’t miss out on it’s initial launch.
