I unlocked the specializations with the code and just completed Tracker. When I went to start Pioneer, I found all of the specializations were gone again and all I’m left with are Wetwork and Operator. I don’t want that -Yoink-. What happened???
Try redownloading Infinity Actual Kit using “Account Management -> Download History” then relaunch the game.
Same with me. I know if you didn’t have LE, you can just go to home screen, account settings, download history and redownload. but for LE, I have no idea what to do, I’m lvl 90 and have no idea what the pack that had the specs was in so I don’t know which to redownload.

This. The reason people are experiencing this is because of the random 30mb patch.

Well, it wasn’t random. It was used to fix multiple glitches.
Anyone know what the name of the add-on with the Limited Edition DLC was? I thought it was multiplayer priority or something like that, but all i see in my history is Cryotube, recruit armour pack or something like that and infinity actual kit. None of the descriptions say anything about specs.

Tried that a few times now, still do not have all the Specializations back. Do you have another suggestion?

It’s the same as the normal ones 
“Specialization alpha priority”.
Infinity Actual Kit is for LE users though, and I have tried re-downloading 5 times and rebooting now and I still have no more specs.
I’m stuck on level 70! What the heck?!?!
I’ll have to try this! i went up to 60 and was forced into wetwork!
Same here, I redownloaded both infinity actual kit and specialization alpha priority but still, I don’t have them.
