On a whim, I decided to check out my old Service Records from previous Halo games. I can view the record from Halo 5 and Halo 4 with no issues. However, I cannot see Halo: Reach or Halo 3’s Service Records. It says they have no record of me playing those games. Given that I’ve sunk countless hours into both games, I’d really like to view my stats and accomplishments from them. Anyone know if there’s anything I can do to fix this?

Did you change your gamertag? If you did you’ll have to load up the games for it to work.
