So I purchased seven gold req packs and got two for free. I decide not to open three of them yet. So now I want to open them and they’re gone. Any one else have this issue?
From what I’ve been reading, it seems as though 343 industries will never get back to me on this issue. Thanks for stealing my money!!

That is incorrect. I had 3 req packs that I saved for a later date that are now gone. I realize its only a small amount of money but its still not right. I definitely won’t be buying any more.
