Where did me req points go?

So here is what happened. I had saved up the 5000 req points needed to by a silver pack. I go into buy it, and it says that it was unable to complete the transaction. So I attempt it again and it says I have insufficient funds. That isn’t right, I had 5000 req points. Then I checked and the transaction took my Req points but gave me nothing! Anyone else encounter this glitch? Oh yeah, and I want a refund.
