Got on to check my csr real quick and saw the stats overview link was replaced by Spartan Assault Stats. Does any one know if this is permanent or am I just blind?

It isn’t available from the nav bar any more but you can still navigate there in a few ways.
https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/players/XXXXX/halo4
Replace the XXXXX with your gamertag.
You can also go to Spartan Assault stats off the nav bar and click the drop down and choose Halo 4.
