I might of missed something in the Campaign in Reach but the only Longswords you see are on the ONI Level(3rd) at the end that come in and mark the Covie crusier so it can be blasted from a Mac round from space.
You can also see them for a brief moment on Tip of the Spear (just before the Frigate flies in).
I played both levels and still found nothing.Could you offer some picturs of its location?
On ONI sword base it is at the very end in the cutscene after you blow up the Phantom. You will here a voice on a radio calling the Long Swords in and then they fly over head and “paint” the Covie Crusier with their lasers before it is blasted out of the sky.
Not being a smartarse but you do know what a Longsword is dont you.

Well,I found it on Tip of the Spear a few days ago.Thank all you guys for your help.I hardly looked toward the sky unless there were enemies,that’s why I’ve never seen a Longsword before.
on ONI swordbase, right next to where you activate the AA chaingun is an air strip. a couple of longswords are parked there but are poorly rendered. they look good from afar, not close up.
