Where can i play infection on the anniversary maps?

I’ve got the anniversary map pack. It’s less than satisfactory, but I’d at least like to get the achievements. What game mode should I play in to play Infection on these maps? It’d be nice if they wouldn’t be map specific (BIG NO NO 343) but as they are, where can I go to play?

Also, I really hope that 343 manages to fix these issues. From what I’ve read on forums here, fans are not happy.
