Where can I find good players to play ranked with?

Anyone out there know somewhere where I can find good people to play with? or would like to give me a friend request? Play mostly ranked. Just need good people as searching alone is basically asking for a loss.

its hard to find players in ranked most people just play social

You can try the recruiting section on waypoint, I hear discord is a good place to find players, and maybe the Halo club on Xbox live.
