I was expecting Moa to be in Halo 4, 343 they were in reach so they definitely should have been a usable vehicle in Halo 4.
I’m very disappointed and will return my limited edition game because of this outrage.

In conclusion that’s why we don’t have Moa in Halo 4. 
Yes! This is a terrible outrage! How could 343 Industries do this to their fanbase! It is completely unacceptable for them to not have the Moa as a drivable vehicle, or even have it in the game at all! I am QUITE angry 343 Industries, I’m going to march down to EB Games tomorrow and cancel my pre-order due to this!!!

Maybe the Moa are wearing active camo in some of the levels. After the way most people “treated” them in Reach, could you blame them?
