Are they in the 8v8 action sack and what are there for modes anyways in action sack 8v8 ? are there any other modes besides heavies that offer that brutal Tank and heavy vehicel combat ?
There’s Heavies, Dominion, Fiesta and CE Mayhem. Might be something else, but I don’t remember. Dominion in H4 would be the other mode which would offer heavy vehicles, but you have to earn them by capturing bases.

heavies in action sack ? when so are there like any normal btb maps/modes with like scorpions lets say in Halo 3 ?

Yes, it’s in Action Sack. There are Scorpions in normal modes, but it’s not on a lot of maps. You should check out this thread which is similar to what you’re asking about.
