Seriously 343 you would choose stupid computer noises and dubstep over a brutal guitar solo?
I miss the old halo soundtrack, you know the time you would a massive fight in the arbiters chamber in halo 2 with the elites, brutes and hunters while listening to blow me away and it actualy suit the fight and made the game seem 10x cooler than some randon boring bleep bloop noises?
In my opinion for halo 5 they should try to make it seem more classic and like a halo game because i think the music they used in halo 4s campaign dumbed it down and made it sound like you were watching bambi struggle to stand up and walk.
Thanks for reading, if you actualy did

Ugh, guessing just another metalhead who refuses to acknowledge that electronic music takes just as much skill to create in it’s own right? I’m also pretty sure (Though I might be wrong) there’s no dubstep in there aside from the remixes (Which aren’t part of the soundtrack) and the trailer music.
Yes Halo’s old soundtrack was fantastic, but 343 is moving in a new direction with Halo with a new composer and so the music is going to be different. Every artist likes to leave their imprint on their music and Neil Davidge’s style is obviously very different from Marty’s.
shut…up! lol i swear people find the smallest things to complain about!

I thought the stupid Blow Me Away thing was incredibly jarring. Nothing else was in that mood, and it was pretty out of place.
Plus, that’s all you ever heard for about 5 years afterward on every youtube Halo video.
Well, it is sci-fi, so slight techno elements are more fitting than in other games. But I understand that it is missing that ‘theme song’ with the guitar. Maybe it was better to leave that out, so as not to copy Marty so much.
