Where are the female Spartans?

So, I’m really starting to wonder where the female armor options for halo 2 anniversary are.
I’m going to be very dissapointed next Tuesday when I pick this game up and I can’t play as a female anymore.

If anyone knows whether or not they are in the game please let me know, I cant find any information anywhere about this.

i havent seen any option for male or female when people streaming have gone to spartan customization
