Also what happened to all the skill based playlists they promised?

They made no such promise. They have said they will continue to add playlists over time and refine the current ones, but no “Skill based” playlists will be added as far as what has been announced. Just the same ones that have been out awhile now. Swat/Snipers/Throwdown.

…You mean throwdown and doubles? Yeah those have been in there for a while now.
