I know there’s at least one update left for Halo 5 given the brute weapons and the orange grenade launcher Gamecheat13 found plus the gametype audio files he found(Req Slayer, Gungame, Warzone CTF, and Warzone Assault Bomb). I ask this cause after the Warzone Firefight update, updates came out every 3 months. Anvil’s Legacy came out in September and Monitor’s Bounty came out in December. Its been more than 3 months now and the update isn’t out. I sure hope 343 hasn’t scrapped it. If not then this is promising. Given how it’s taking more than 3 months to release it, it means they’re really going all out with this update to send Halo 5 off with a bang. If it does release, then this update could possibly top Monitor’s Bounty as the best update.
I pray this next and possibly final update is fantastic.
I sure hope another update is coming. I’m under the impression one is.

As it “may” be last update, I sincerely hope that bayonet assassinations are included.

Well they were prototypes and didn’t have the full on weapon designs yet, there was a Brute Sniper, a Brute Rocket Launcher, a Brute Turret that shoots explosive rounds faster than the ONI Turret, and the Spiker was there as well. There were also Brute Scope attachments for the BR and DMR. And for the orange grenade launcher, it was basically like the Pro Pie but when the grenade exploded, it exploded into multiple cluster bombs and could EMP multiple vehicles at once.
I bet you that grenade launcher is gonna be called the Noob Tube lol.
I wasn’t even aware of most of those things you listed that were found, I figured they were just on bug duty now. Now you got my hopes up after I already accepted there were no more updates

Well after Anvil’s Legacy came out, 343 confirmed we were getting 2 more updates and we already got one. We’re most likely getting another one. Plus Halo 5 needs one more big update if it wants to survive 2017. At the rate it’s going now, Halo 5’s population will continue to drop unless something monumental comes out for it. Or if 343 makes Warzone 12 man again.
Can we get an official thread for this topic to stop all of these posts, please?

None taken. Yeah I’d love an official thread for this so we can all talk about this and make our own theories. Seeing all the other threads talking about this ticks me off cause there isn’t a full on dedicated thread for this topic.

Welp, it’s an update nonetheless… since H2, this series has taught me not to get my hopes up.

Imagine guys putting on 4 speed boosts and rushing to steal a flag, that’d be crazy!
Whatever this warzone arena is it could be a objective warzone such as going to a enemy home base to capture a flag and deliver it to a pelican or to carry a bomb throughout a warzone map to deliver it to the home base to blow it up.
But either way they sound great if added but I want some safeguard sentinel beam variants and possible brute weapons.

Not sure will have to look for it.
I’m not sure when the next update is coming if there’s even gonna be one. But if there is, 343 is taking its’ merry ol’ time.

They sure seem to be. It gives me hope cause it shows they’re really taking their time with this one. I really hope we can get the classic armors to go with the classic helmets in this next update. Given the leftover files, this update will be fantastic when it comes to Warzone and great for Arena.
I think my main hope for this update is that we can finally play Custom Games and Forge on Warzone maps. Maybe even have Warzone Custom Games.
