When are we getting more news about the backward compatible Halo Games that were announce about 4-5 weeks ago. These games include

  • Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary - Halo 3 - Halo 3: ODST - Halo 4Supposedly these games are supposed to be released late summer (in the US anyway) - so when are we getting news on these games?

The end of summer is on Sept 22nd

Not sure, hoping they get released in September or at the very least November.

Ske7ch recently said on Reddit that Microsoft isn’t deliberately holding back the release to coincide with Halo 3’s anniversary, and that they’d hoped to already have them released by now, but there’s still more work needed to get them ready. He specifically said they’re looking to avoid a repeat of Halo: Reach, which was released to BC in a less-than-ideal state and had to be fixed later.

There were a whopping 129 players on last night.

When it will be backward compatible, I hope that all Halo 3 fans will come back on the game.
