Because the REQ system is random and I can’t just purchase what armor I want using REQ points. Seriously, I couldn’t care less that I unlocked that helmet, when I have both Mark IV helmets but neither of the armor sets. But hey, accomplishments these days aren’t meant to be joked about, no, you have to make sure somebody doesn’t get butthurt.
