I’m asking this in a certain way. Bungie had some method of revealing details for their halo games. For example, it was 8 months before the release date? The reveal was at a certain gaming event (E3)? They released an actual game play trailer at so and so time. Now that you know how I’m asking this, when do you think we will see more news about Halo 4? Do we know anything about how 343 runs the show with revealing details?
Possibly GDC? That’s coming up and for sure E3 2012. Should be a big E3 next year for Microsoft next year too with the rumors of them announcing the next Xbox for a 2013 release. Rare, Remedy and Turn 10 studios are already creating games for the new system…ALAN WAKE 2!!!

Alright, that sounds good to me. I know CEA will have terminals that give tidbits about Halo 4. Glasslands will help some too.

ROFL! I did not expect that in a movie. That has me curious. I hope the thing is affordable when it comes out… ps3 was $600 or so when it launched. Some won’t be able to afford it if the economy doesn’t get a little better. I’d be alright with $400… still a bit much. The costs just keep going up and up >.<
Most likely the first big reveal will be at the VGA’s this year, similar to Reach. In fact, the entire game will follow the path of Reach. Early previews/info early 2012, MP Beta in Spring of 2012, E3 2012 with some new feature revealed (probably Cartographer), and then release in September.
No earlier than the VGAs for sure.
I hope Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary will come with the Halo 4 Beta, similar to Halo 3: ODST.

I believe it was confirmed that that would not be happening. I wish it was though! I want to have a sure chance at playing the H4 Beta (If there is one at all).

Might be an open beta, like BF3. 343 seems to like as many people as possible testing the prototypes of any new projects they are coming out with.
I say everytime a thread like this pops up. 343 should push a major Halo 4 trailer back a month.

Well wouldn’t be a bad move to still have halo 4 on the xbox 360 and not the next console?
I’d imagine at the VGAs like Reach.
People need SOME incentive to watch them.
