Does anyone have any guesses as to when we’ll hear new info regarding the cut content 343 and the Dig site team are adding to MCC? I’m really excited about the idea of them adding the Halo 2 e3 demo. It may be a bit early to ask… But we haven’t heard any new info regarding this since the summer.

Modders are doing that not 343.
343 is responsible for creating and releasing the editing kits and giving the dig site teams access to the source folders. It’s definitely a collaborative effort to bring the unreleased content to the forefront.
To answer OPs question it’s soon™️. Maybe we will here more in the November update.

I hope we hear soon, though given the nature of the content it’s likely to be a lower priority then other works for MCC. Would be extra awesome to have the unmodified .map file from the xbox build (without any MCC conversion) included too.

I asked one of them. He said that while progress is being made, no eta can be given.
He also said that the digsite is working with 343 for all this content just not them
