I know this may sound very ungrateful but when will we hear more information about Halo CEA or Halo 4,
Yes, we just had halo fest and it was really awesome :D!!! But After seeing the Halo 4 concept art trailer instead of quenching my craving for halo 4 information it just raised many more questions and I am desperate for more footage!!
Tl;dr When is the next gaming event we will be hearing about halo 4 again?
For Halo 4, maybe we’ll get a a decent-length, in-game, trailer at the Spike video game awards. That event normally takes place in December, I believe. If not that then I’d say we’re probably gonna have to wait till E3 2012, my friend. Some information may trickle out between events, though.
For CEA, we’ll probably just get more information released to us as we get closer to the game’s release.

They wouldn’t be dark about Halo 4 that long. We will probably get more information on Halo 4 as soon as 343i gets CEA’s release out of the way and can fully concentrate on Halo 4. I would expect an in-engine trailer around November 2011 – January 2012, that’s a long gap, but we know nothing about how 343i handles the marketing, nor do we know how Microsoft wants them to handle it.
Hopefully not until after CEA. We’ve been shown plenty now (The E3 trailer, the Warthog video, and the Concept Art trailer). Actually, we’ve been shown more than I ever expected by this point.
But for now, I would rather focus on CEA, and then in a few months time start giving a bit of information on Halo 4.

That’s way to long, we will no doubt get an article in a magazine around December or January and then get tidbits here and there leading up to E3.
That’s how it was for Halo 3 and Reach.

Did I not say trailers?..I wasnt talking about little tidbits.

We got small trailers and ViDocs on the way to E3.

Thats why I said VGA, seriously why are fighting with me? We have hardly any info so far from 343. I expect they will stay mum untill a big show like E3 and VGA comes up.

ViDocs, those are something I am a lot more excited about than actual trailers, because ViDocs usually contain much more information about the game than trailers do. What 343i still shouldn’t do would be giving out as much information as Bungie gave about Halo Reach because the truth is that the game is much more enjoyable when you know nothing about it. Of course you could always go dark, but that’s pretty boring if you ask me. I wouldn’t mind if they left a major part of the game without revelation, it would be much cooler to find out about that part when you first launch the game.
I always read some people saying E3 2012, but yes, it’s too late (unless the release is put back, but I doubt it).
We’ll have plenty of things in 2012, probably each months.
And even a little article in a magazine can be really informative, so I’d say everything is interesting, not just trailers or gameplay videos.
I think the marketing/reveal campaign for Halo 4 will be very similar to Reach. Reveal trailer at VGA’s. Multiplayer info at an event such as X12, campaign gameplay at E3 2012 and so on.

Agreed. I’m thinking/hoping maybe even another CGI trailer at Superbowl?

Oh, yes, probably. I don’t remember any reveal for Halo at Superbowl (correct me if I forgot), but it’s a huge event and one of the best place to get the game noticed.
Who knows, I’m thinking they will do like Reach and have their first screenshots and info reveal in Gameinformer. They better, because I just subscribed…
