When will we get details on waypoint unlocks?

I really want to know what i will be able to unlock from the achievements on the game, and i hope that they cover them in this weeks Bulletin. Being one of the few thousand people to have all the achievements for every 360 halo game i would like to know if all that effort will pay off for the game!

I would love for things such as battle damage as an armour skin, or unique skins ect…

what would you want to be unlock able through waypoint?
