I only have 1 more achievement left to go in this game which is the Medic! Achievement, I am kinda surprised that when this game officially launched as of 12/8/21 that you are not able to obtain all achievements from the game on its LAUNCH day. 343 when will the next playlist update occur that will include this last achievement so that this game although no co-op or forge is a “Complete Game” that all achievements are actually obtainable! Thanks!

Reach had the same thing, was impossible to get every trophy for months.
Weird decision. I only have Medic and complete battle pass left.

What achievement are you talking about, all base Reach achievements were available at launch. Although you did have to work to get to Lt Col to purchase the item, the initial rank cap was Lt Col 3 and the ranks of Col and higher were open when 117-million challenges were completed by the community (I believe the milestone was hit early November, before the Noble Map pack was released on Nov 30).
You may be thinking of Halo 4, with the achievements related to Spartan Ops and the weekly episodic release formula, as there were 2 achievements related to Episode 5, not to mention the achievement for finishing the first 5 episodes. But at least that was on a known, fixed schedule.
Hopefully Elimination is not a limited time playlist, that would be complete stupidity having an achievement tied to a time-based playlist. Again, 343 shows their limited communication skills as the mode was shown in the Season 1 trailer and not commented on with the playlist updates.
I don’t see why this matters. They have basically confirmed story dlc at which point there will be more achievements. You can’t ever complete a live service game until the last content drops anyway.
Achievement Hunters are a unique bunch, and everyone has a different view on completion. Some will do just the base game, others consider only DLC that they own, and others go for everything.
Looking at TrueAchivements, they have the base game at 50 achievements for 600GS (this is essentially the F2P multiplayer) with a Campaign DLC with 69 achievements for 1000GS (the paid add-on). XboxAchivements dot com have it the other way.
Now for completion, hunters will have different opinions. There are people would will only do the F2P portion, and get the 600GS and consider that complete (and TA will reflect that as a completion). Likewise, someone with GamePass will do only the Campaign, get the 1000GS, and count that as a completion. And further to that, others will go for the full 1600GS, not do any future DLC and consider that still complete.
But right now, there is 1 unobtainable achievement (MEDIC!) because the mode simply does not exist. Regardless of any future DLC mode and achievements added, the base game is incomplete in their perspective (similar to other threads about modes or armour customization in the forum).
They aren’t in the game for the long run, they want the completion and move on to the next game. And depending on attitude and if they still have the game (though they tend to have GPU, usually not an issue), may return for future DLC achievements.

Cyber event came and still we are not able to unlock this achievement… I even got the Necromancer badge, why haven’t you guys make it possible to unlock this?
