Constantly getting black screens when trying to play, forcing me to close the game and reopen it. Any word on a fix for this?

Does it happen in-game or when you are at the menu?
I occasionally get “screen-freeze”, but it normally sorts itself out.

Before starting a match it’ll happen.

I get them in-game!
I’ll be happily sprinting along, then the screen will freeze and I’ll sit there for a few seconds hoping I don’t disconnect.

Yeah.
There’s also this weird glitch that happens on WZFF, where my weapon will disappear, it looks like the Blind skull effect.

heres something new, for me at least, i was on the last round of a heroic firefight shooting away at hunters in my burning tank and suddenly im looking at the background picture of the menu with the quit activity carnage report spartan hub and mute controls in the bottom left and my fireteam thing in the top right. the music of the last round is playing and all this has now been going for at least 5 minutes.
I am guessing i have to “quit activity” and accept that the reqs i used for that game are utterly wasted as i will NOT be getting my xp and req points?
nevermind “quit activity” doesnt even work i am forced to exit the game and load it again, 3rd time today as when i first tried to play the menu froze eternally “starting game” when i tried to join heroic firefight, also forcing a manual exit and restart
am back in, 3rd time and carnage report for that game shows, and it says i quit. I DID NOT QUIT. the game died and threw me into glitchland. that is NOT MY FAULT. please fix. I will NOT accept any bans or “punishments” for being ejected from the game because it broke from under me
