Where are they?
Classic → no loadouts, no instant spawning, no “dynamic” spawn points, no sprinting…
Or was it actually another lie like most of the time?
Don’t worry, they’ll bring it in as a rotational playlist so you can play it for one week every three months. Fantastic!

And when that happens very few of the players that wants a classic playlist no longer play the game. Imagine if the game actualy had Classic playlist right from start same with Snipers, SWAT etc, then there might have been more players sticking around to play.
Impossible. There is currently no way to disable instant spawn or sprint through legitimate means.
