I think realistically it will be multiple choice and I hope it is fairly long so they can get solid community feedback on all different aspects of the game. No idea about when it will be out and what specifically they will focus on.

I have not got a survey, but not all people who participated in the flight will get the survey

If I had to take a guess it will be sometime in the afternoon like 4pm est
