When will the "Resistor" be open to all?

Just bought the “Bulleye pack” and found no “Resistor” armor mod in it.

So could anybody know when will the “Resistor” be open to all players?

This is as much as we know. The Resistor mod was included in the Champion’s Bundle, not the Bullseye map pack, and there is no set timeframe for release to all players.

Since the GotY edition is going to include the Champion’s Bundle content, I’m guessing that it’s going to be a while before they release it, so that they can encourage people to buy the GotY edition in order to get Resistor.
