When will the file browser be activated?

So… when are they going to activate the file browser?

Forge is amazing, but I suck at making maps and I wanna play some quality customs.

343 might of said something about this and I might have missed it, so sorry if this is a dumb question…

I heard it would be at the beginning of next month.

I might have sold this crap by then starting to loose interest, and multiplayer is getting dull…
