Customization pack is not specific enough. There have been a lot of those. Either way we never know until we know. Pretty just follow the now bi-weekly community updates and you’ll find out when the next one is.
Are you talking about the classic helmet req pack? It returns every once in a while, but the only people who know are 343.
not sure which req pack you’re referencing but a lot of packs are available for purchase only in the microsoft store as opposed to the in-game req store.
