When will the 6 specializations be released for those who dont have limited edition or did not play before 20th november or simply does not have the code.
Will it ever be avaiable ? and do we know kinda when ?

I also think either this is the Max Rank ( sr 70 ) for those without codes OR this is just early acess to specializations these with the codes , so later on we will also be able too , but yeah these are just guesses.
i heard some inside info that codes will be given to all in 2 weeks.
