When will team liquid skins come out?

In the weapon skins department i see team liquid to obtain. When will these be released?

yea… im done buying HCS packs i bought the EG, OpTic , CLG, and NV packs and for ten bucks you just get a magnum and AR skin.

Also, (excluding Unicorn Fist,) there’s 3 ARs, a BR, DMR, SMG & Magnum that are hidden. I wonder what those skins are?
