When will Noble map pack be free for reach?

I been checking halo reach alot and I still noticed that the noble map pack isn’t free yet. When will be free 343I?

Don’t believe there a specific date, just whenever the issue with it gets sorted. I believe it’s more to do with the XBL store and not on 343’s end though
