When will Classic helmets pack return?

Does any body know when the Classic Helmets featured pack will return?
I was looking through the internet and I found a couple videos opening it, and I want to know if will ever come back. I know that there is another featured pack on the store right now, and I also know you can buy it anytime for ten dollars at the Microsoft store. But will it ever come back in the requisitions store to buy with Req points?

There is no set schedule for these things. 343i puts these packs into the store whenever they see fit to do so.

The one in the store right now is the Blue Team Pack.
