A while ago I heard Button mapping for controller would come out on all the games on The MCC, but as far as I know there has been no updates on this type of thing. So was there any news about it?

In a blog post almost a year ago, 343 made this comment:
“In the future, we are looking to include improved mission subtitle support across all games, controller remapping, and we are exploring additional campaign accessibility options.”
It doesnt state if controller remapping would be for all of MCC, but more importantly there’s no timeframe.
No more news to my knowledge. The article is called “Update on Halo MCC”.
