As you know in europe didnt they get any codes so when are they giving it out?

It says gradually released in the months following launch. We are within months after launch. They could be release tomorrow or they could wait until next year sometime. Only time will tell.
I heard rumor that it will be available with the next episodes of spartan ops next month.
But again, this is just rumor.
