When will 343 put up in the market place all the Preorder stuff? If they do?
about a month ago I asked BS Angel that question
she said its something they are looking into but no promises
apart from that I have no additional info sorry )=
I seem to recall Frankie saying they might be made available eventually, but they wanted to make sure that the pre-order/Legendary purchasers got their moneys worth.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they did what Reach did with the Blue flames… make it available a year after launch and/or as part of an ODST/CEA-type extension.

It’s a matter of balance. Microsoft is money hungry(who isn’t these days?) so they would long after launch. However, if they did not, then ebay people would get the money.
In light of it, I don’t think they will. If they did, the people who hoarded codes to sell online would be left with a storehouse full of them.
Of course, they might donate them to be given away.

But wouldn’t they be making more money if people bought Microsoft points to buy the Bonuses?
