When will all new Reqs be available?

The 343 announcement indicates that the new Reqs will be released over time so I was wondering if they stated somewhere “when” they will all be available? Did they mean over the next few hours, days or weeks?

Direct quote: "The following new REQs are included with the Battle of Shadow and Light update – as a note, it may take some time for these REQs to populate through the REQ System, as they’ll be rolling out over time. "

I want to know because I want to support the esports prize pool but not without having a chance at the new Reqs.

I think they’re all out now.

They were all added with the new update that added BTB.

Yes, I totally got the new assassination , which is my first assassination from a Rec pack. So they’re out.
