Alright, before you guys get on my butt about being selfish and not appreciating the info we’ve finally got, let me make it clear that I’m not intending to whine about the next info drop. Don’t think of this thread as me saying “MOAR!”
I’m just curious as to when we might see something else, and to what that may be of. My best guess is more footage of the maps we’ve already seen. As for when, however, I have no clue.
Didn’t some official magazine say they’d cover Halo 4 toward the end of March? I feel like I’ve heard that somewhere, but don’t take my word on it.
So yeah, ITT: Discuss when you think more info will come, what you think it will be of, and what you’re wanting to see next.
Well given that they’ve shown us what they have, i’d be assuming that the “massive advertising campaign” wouldn’t be too far down the road. I doubt there will be anything major for at least 1-2 months though
Honestly if they’re smart they’ll release more information as soon as possible. Right now a lot of people are pretty annoyed with the changes and if 343 is telling the truth about everything being misunderstood then they should correct them before it’s too late.
Kiki Wolfkill mentioned that they would reveal additional (multiplayer) info very soon.
i wouldn’t be surprised if we got more next week, maybe even this (bulletin?).
that’s really the best part, imho: since yesterday every bulletin can actually contain something usefull (concerning H4).

Sounds like EA and Mass Effect 3 lol. Don’t even get me started on that but my hope was renewed when I learned they added new endings with a patch today

There is a thing called a marketing schedule. They won’t just dump all the info on Halo 4 in one sitting. It’s going to seep in slowly throughout the whole year until launch. I know it can be annoying but that is how marketing works. Still from now on we should be getting a lot more updates then we did prior to the reveal (i.e nothing) so don’t worry about it. Oh and annoyed? At what? We haven’t gotten any real details about Halo 4 yet and people are already whining about non-confirmed things. Fear the return of armor lock. FEAR IT AND DESPAIR MORTALS! XD
I remember in the past few Bulletins, we have been getting hints from Office of Halo Intelligence that once we finally saw Halo 4, we would be getting juicier bulletins and OHI’s.
Within the coming weeks and considering 343i are at GDC and will have huge reveals at E3.
I’m going to echo The Little Moa here and guess that we’ll get juicy morsels in the Bulletins and OHI entries. Not, as Grayson Hunt would say, a Metric -Yoink!- Ton, but little things to get us talking. Probably also some ViDocs covering things like Forge or other game modes.
