I am thinking (and hoping) the update will drop sometime this week…what you all think?

My guess is Wednesday. A general rule in rolling out updates is to never roll them out on Friday, because if something goes wrong, you have to work the weekend to fix it. 
It definitely will. I would guess they will say when it will come out during the livestream today
Probably tomorrow, usually a day after their livestream
I think Thursday or Wednesday because it usually releases like a day afterwards the live stream
