When the silence happens..time to worry.

When no more is heard,
No trouble is stirred;
All hope is interred,

Complaints have all ceased,
They’ve left the game pieced:
Fragmented not complete,

They’ve all flown away,
Bigger and better prey,
They all feel betrayed.

Updates promised daily,
Players growing palely,
Devs looking scaly.

Chance to reclaim buyers,
Halo 5 to suit our desires,
343 a bunch of liars.

Hopefully 343i can fix this game before everyone loses hope and abandons it. When silence and praise is all the forums are filled with, that will be the sign of people’s lost hope. At that point its too late to bring them back.

Was that a rap or a poem?

Definitely a poem

Some kind of Gangster Wannabe you are then.

I never claimed to be a real gangster!

very good

Oh great idea! Let’s write lyrics about how people are responding to this incident - here’s some quick lines:

I rolled up on to my G to pick up the chief,
brought it back to the couch but to my disbelief,
matchmakings all -Yoinked!- up and how many gigabytes? 3?

with the update behind i’m no longer losing my mind
but still can’t find a game, 6 hours ain’t enough time
i called up support but they don’t pay me no mind

i got to shoot something i got that unlimited bullet
i dropped two deuces that night - one on chief and the other in the toilet

Prefer Haiku?

halo costs 60
a choir chanting ahhh
madness ensues me

Very nice LastContract! I knew a little lyrical fun could help us in our time of desperation. Since I can only play 1-2 games / night (anywhere from 2v5, 2v6, 3v4, 3v5, 4v5), and my party split up among different teams on the reg., I figure writing about my experience will be the best way for me to remember it.

Pretty poetic… Is it wrong if I had the acoustics from the Eminem song: Lose Yourself playing in my head as I was reading that?? :stuck_out_tongue:

everyone write a rap about what you think the game is.
