When is waypoint out of beta ?

I saw the Waypoint panel and they said that it will be out of beta by the end of the weekend.
Anyone have any news when the update is i cant wait

To get a good community feedback, I’d have to say it’ll be over a hundred people. I mean, what good is feedback when there’s only 10 people involved? It’ll likely be a large number.

You know, Halo Waypoint community isn’t huge. But that’s why i like it!

I agree! But there are a few hundred of us that use the forum, and a group of probably 50 that use the forums multiple times a day. It wouldn’t be much fun if it were only limited to those 50 people!

How can it be a Gamma forum if it’s only certain people can participate in it? It should be Beta…

We’re in beta now. Gamma comes after beta, then after gamma it’ll be just the forums.

The gamma forum will be available to everyone in due time. But they are picking a few select members of the community to test it out so that they can get the opinion of the community as to how good it is before it is released. This would be as opposed to just 343 employees seeing it who are bound to agree with each other. Community members would give them a better outlook on how the community will view the Gamma Forums. Once the trial period with those people are over and done with, they will make changes accordingly and release it to the whole community.
