Last year I heard we was getting a halo 2 e3 demo level. When is this happening?

I don’t think DLC will be coming sadly. Almost every game that promises a 10 year game usually are too ambitious and fall way behind. Which is what is happening right now. Halo just can’t keep up and I think it is for 3 main reasons:
- Not enough employees
- Slip space engine is a mess right now
- Halo was never really meant to be updated this much
You see there is only so many updates they can add before it isn’t halo anymore and I think they are already starting to face that dilemma…

The halo games have been constantly updated and reworked since before it was even an fps game so I’m unsure what you base that assertion on.
Blam has been updated more than most engines.
Very few have been iterated upon and updated as much as it has. Tiger engine is blam based and it has seen major iteration on its own. Not to mention the destiny games running on it.
And the halo games obviously have seen even more updating be it in ports or instalment to instalment.
Curious as to when halo stopped being halo to you?
