I have no clue! I’m blown away that everything on waypoint here has been broken for like a month, with no comment on it whatsoever.

I assumed that this was due to the change over to the new site. I hope that is the reason anyway. There is another forum topic, where one of the players thought it had something to do with bans. One of the Moderators assured him it has nothing to do with bans, but it is a known problem.

It’s Nov 2, any update? I’m kind of confused why nothing official is even being said, not just for the new site but also for the current forum issues.

lol the Official Waypoint 2021 Experience
It’s been going on since the last Flight, and it’s not Microsoft or 343, I think it’s an external (server? website? domain?) problem. idk anything about web development though so it’s anyone’s guess

Is there any intent to share an official update on this, to give us some idea of when this will be fixed?
Also, do you happen to have any insight into whether or not all of the notifications and messages that are being missed will be recovered when this is fixed, or lost forever?
Does this mean there is currently no way to contact a moderator or be notified if you’ve been moderated?

I def think they have some issues to work out… Tried to open the MCC email & got a logon screen with an error.
AADSTS50020: User account ‘yolo@redacted.foo’ from identity provider ‘live.com’ does not exist in tenant ‘Microsoft’ and cannot access the application ‘blah-blah-blah-blah-blahblah’(Halowaypoint Preview) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
