When is the MLG playlist going to be updated?

Halo: Reach MLG playlist is at v4.

MLG is using v6 settings.

So, there is around a 2 month gap of non updated material.

Any plans on adding the new maps and gametypes?

Though I doubt this will be read due to the flood of TU posts.

I’m pretty sure they updated it just recently. There was a lot of buzz going around that they added in a remake of The Pit. Not sure about settings though b/c I don’t play MLG.

Some gametypes might be v4 and others may be v6. It’s hard to tell with MLG b/c they don’t update everything at once. They only update certain things and usually leave others unchanged unless they have to.

It must have been just today then. I haven’t played since last night. If The Pit is back in then I guess v6 was uploaded to the playlist. I’ll check it out later tonight. Thanks.

There is honestly no answer to this, yes they are using v6 for GB and events, the nationals are coming up and they are not sure if they’re doing bloom or no bloom, and theres still some testing to be done if they go no bloom, so we may have to wait till after the nationals are over which is mid november, and even then may have to wait weeks to months for it sadly.

Which makes no sense. I remember Halo 2-3’s playlists being updated faster than this, which in H2 direct MLG involvment wasn’t always there. Regardless, I’m aware of the No bloom possibilites, but as for the MM playlist, I don’t get the wait. Are they seriously going to make us wait 5 months for that.

I know ZB v6 is in testing-finally checked Killa KC’s fileshare. I don’t know. Its annoying playing old maps that are terrible.

I just want to play KOTH again…lol

They will update the playlist soon after the announcement. Updating it now would just be a waste if they then decide to use ZB in 3 days.
