So today I got out all my old halo games because I was told there would be backwards compatibility. I tried halo 4 and halo 3. Neither of them worked on the Xbone. So when is the backwards compatibility actually dropping into the xbone?

The games were announced to be coming to the BC platform, but they haven’t arrived as yet. They’re currently making their way through the final rounds of QA testing, probably will hit the store within the next few weeks. I’d estimate the beginning of September, maybe around Halo 3’s anniversary
Hopefully soon! I want to get those achievements that I never got! I have always guessed in either September or November.
Hopefully late August, really am getting triggered when they don’t give out the dates, but still, i’ll be patient, for just this once i definitely don’t need it…
