That means it would have to release Monday, the 29th, to still qualify as the February update, although one could argue it should be called the March update at that point- I’m sure they’ll have TONS of excuses as to why it’s taken them so long. The really frustrating part is the lack of communication or even a new playlist to hold people over in the meantime. No, they’re more worried about the Halo competitively and making money off of Req bundles. Halo 5 is great but I’m getting irritated with either 343 or MS. Not sure who is to blame but they are sitting on playlists and maps. Forge maps just sit out there in custom games and there’s no custom games MM playlist. Like, WTF?
For or as many things Halo 5 does great it totally drops the ball in many other categories.

They had an excuse back then because they had move out. November, December were release in the middle of the month
I hope they fix the connection issues a lot of people are having (myself included). Didnt happen before January update.

I was disconnected once back in November. And it happened 4 times already since the January update.

Agree. DNFs due to disconnect most annoying. Followed closely by a full warzone played with standard equipment only due to constant Retrieving Data not allowing you to access in game REQs.
However, back to initial questions, seems February update coming end of next week.

Correct. Now 343 has to extend their “free DLC monthly support” one month.
And as for the weekly update, I’m sure it won’t tell us the release date and I motion them to be called “weakly updates”
Would be awesome if it’s the 26th. A bunch of us are getting together in a LAN party style day of halo so some new stuff would be great!

I guess it’s just due to the way the weeks fall in Feb this year. It’s still going to be the Feb update even if it lands on the Tuesday, then if everything goes well the March update will land simialr time to January. Hopefully some more details between tomorrow and the live stream next week
