When is Major Neilson's Xbox Live Activity?

When is Major Neilson releasing another Xbox Live Activity Chart? I want to see how good Halo 4 is doing on the list. See if it’s still in second place(I’d imagine it still is).

Why did you create a new topic 20ish minutes after this one? Please don’t do that.

Yeah month old chart, should be a live feed.

Makes me laugh when people point out the declining population numbers and someone posts that month old chart as some kind of proof that everything is okay.

Even if you trust a microsoft chart that says a newly released in-house AAA game is doing okay.

Ok, sorry.

@LunarWolf Are you implying -Yoink!- is lying about the chart? If so, then Halo 4 would be at number 1, and Halo: Reach would be at number 2, and Halo 3 would be at number 3. But nope, Reach is almost off the charts, Halo 3 is gone, Halo 4 is second place, and 4 CoDs in the top 10, and only 2 Halos in the top 20, I don’t think Microsoft is lying about the chart at all, I think it’s perfectly accurate.

They’ll do what they can get away with doing.

Do you think they’d get away with putting this up:

#1 Halo 4
#2 Halo Reach
#3 Halo 3
#4 Call of Duty Black-Ops II
#5 Minecraft or whatever.

As it is no one would dispute BOII over H4 and H4 still gets to look popular and gives people a safer feeling for buying future DLC.

edit: peak population didn’t even hit 91k yesterday and looks to be even worse today.

People don’t even look at Nelson’s blog. -Yoink!- wouldn’t really gain anything by fixing a chart nobody even looks at. Also, by that logic, why wouldn’t they fix the online in-game population? Halo 3 showed population of 24 hour periods so why not Halo 4? But no, 343i decided to show the current population, unlike just about any other gaming company.

Are you suggesting microsoft says their games are more popular than they really are to make us all think we did the right thing bying it?

If this was the case why would they even release the top 20? They could just let us all speculate ourselves.

Charts drive sales, most charts are made up by the companies trying to sell their stock to you same as the award shows.
