Personally if it’s too be taken seriously as an eSport, then the answer is never. If you play for fun then usually it’s a last kill to victory.
I remember having three members of an opposing team that would -Yoink!- me every time they killed me. However joke was on them when next arena game I was in their team.

naa, everytime it is ok. it´s a game, don´t take it to serious. the same with shooting on dead bodys.

i don’t get when people -Yoink!- me when i fight multiple of the enemy team and all i have are standard load out weapons and kill at least one of them. that’s when i don’t get the teabaging as i didn’t really get owned
If you in the back of the map 30/0/0 and I kill you, you get the bag
what does it matter. its a game. “body disrespect” is a tactic. mental warfare. taunting your enemies has its perks. sure its shallow but it works. but sometimes backfires.
keep in mind halo is competitive at its nature BUT at the end of the day ITS JUST A GAME. bag/ dont bag it doesnt matter when/why/how/ whatever. just dont be surprised if you get bagged in return. i often betray teammates that -Yoink!- because its FUNNY. and because games are meant to be fun. even tho people take things too seriously.

I -Yoink!- if and only if someone t-bagged me and did not do it correctly. So naturally I killed them and t-bag them the right way. I kid you not though people will attempt to t-bag me every once in a while and not even be on my body. Its like a pet peve of mine

Well giving the bag does not necessarily mean your not taking it serious but I get what you mean. But if they did t-bag in the pro leagues then it would be more of a taunt or making ng fun of the opposing team how easy it was. But hey that’s my opinion.

It’s definitely not professional but I play warzone and I’m for from a pro!
I am actually astonished to see this many people explaining the right time to t-bag! It’s been around before a lot of these kids were able to speak! There is no right time because it’s been there the whole time. Those of us that started our Halo journey with CE know when and where and don’t feel the need to explain. It’s kind of like, knowing how to write in cursive!

Reasons to T-bag:
- Pull a Reversal (Close Call)
- Farmers
- Someone holding a Nornfang
- Arena Nerds (you know what I mean)
- Smurfers (People with very good skill who create accounts to pick on people with hardly any)
- Grenade Spammers, Bunny Hoppers or Crouch Spammers to kill & avoid dying
And Now - New-comers who try to be all Pro. (Sorry but I hate carrying or Having a losing streak of Warzone).
